They shipped mine DHL/USPS Parcel Select and it caused it to take an extra 4-5 days to get to me. I contacted them and never got an answer as to WHY they shipped DHL...so I must assume since they ship free it was less. for them. My shipping policy states I ship same day on orders paid by 9am...I sometimes have to carry a package to the UPS or USPS, but I do so because I make that promise. I'll keep the item but will never be back.
