Upon arrival, items appear to have been fairly priced, accurately described, packaged safely and securely within the shipment box. There was one slight drawback, which is mainly because the vacuum had apparently been used within a "pet" environment. However, that was a known possibility, which I chose not to ask about, as I intended to take the unit apart, after arrival, in order to thoroughly inspect and clean the internal components. It needs a HEPA filter, but...Rainbow Vacuum E2 Type 12 Black With Aquamate, And Other Attachments! (#226373839596)
